Schedule a Telephone Interview or In-Person Visit
During the phone call or visit, we will discuss the application and answer your additional questions.
Place a Deposit & Join Our Waiting List
With a completed & approved application and interview, your name will be placed on our waiting list once a deposit in the amount of $250 is placed. Deposits are non-refundable.
How does our Waiting List work?
Those on our waiting list will be given updates throughout the breeding process. When a heat cycle is started and a breeding is scheduled, those on our waiting list will be contacted with sire & dam information and estimated due and go home dates. We ask those on our waiting list at that time to select one of the following options: (A) to be placed on the list for the upcoming litter, (B) to remain on the general waiting list for a future litter, or (C) to be removed from our list.
Those who select option A (those interested in the upcoming litter), will continue to receive updates (when a breeding is completed, an ultrasound confirms pregnancy, and a radiograph confirms puppy count). Those on our waiting list are offered to place a deposit and reserve a puppy before any advertising is initiated.

When contacted, the opportunity to place an additional deposit ($250) and reserve an available puppy from the litter. Reservations are color and gender specific (i.e. black & rust female). If a puppy is not available, they will be offered to be placed back on the general waiting list for a future puppy.
Watch Your Puppy Grow & Prepare at Home
Each puppy is identified by the color of their collar. We aim to photograph each puppy weekly as they develop, grow, and mature from weeks 1-4. Litters of puppies are videoed from weeks 5-8. Visits are allowed to those whom have reserved a puppy once the puppies have been weaned from mom. During this time, we recommend reading our required reading material from Ian Dunbar and preparing your home and family for the puppy's arrival.
Receive Your Pairing Selection
After puppies are evaluated at 6 weeks of age, we pair each puppy with our reservations. Prior to 6 weeks of age, those whom have reserved puppies will only know the color and gender of the puppy they will take home, not the specific puppy if there are more than one of the color/gender combo reserved.
Pick Up Your Puppy & Pay Remaining Balance
After a health clearance from a licensed veterinarian, your puppy will be ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. The remaining balance is due at pick up or can be made in weekly payments leading up to pick-up.
