At Von Hohenhalla Dobermans, we require all prospective buyers of our puppies to complete the following application. By providing this information, we are able to learn more about you, your family, and your puppy rearing practices. Most importantly, this questionnaire allows us to determine if we are a good breeder-owner match and if our puppies are what you are looking for in a new family member!

Our puppies are sold with lifetime breeder support.

Please note that there is no right or wrong answer to these questions! Please be honest!

Our number one goal is to pair dogs with owners and families who will love and cherish them throughout their lives! We want to set you and your Doberman puppy up for success!

Household Information

At Von Hohenhalla Dobermans, natural eared puppies go home at 8 weeks of age while cropped puppies go home at 9 weeks of age. Are you prepared to pick up your puppy at this age? *

At Von Hohenhalla Dobermans, the breeder pairs puppies with individuals/families based on temperament evaluations at 6/7 weeks of age. Are you okay NOT picking your puppy, but having the puppy selected for you by the breeder? *

Are there other members of your family besides yourself? If applicable, please list the ages of any children. *

Is anyone in the home allergic to dogs? *
